CSE455 Project 3 Single View Modeling: Inverse Perspective Artifacts
This page displays artifacts created for Project 3 in CSE445 (Computer
Vision) for Winter 2008. The goal of the project was to take an image
and create a physical 3D inverse perspective model of the
scene. Inverse perspective models (made famous by the
artist Patrick Hughes,
invert depths in such a way that visually, the 3D structure of the
scene seems to be maintained, but moving your head gives the illusion
that the scene is moving in the opposite way that you would
expect. This page displays templates for each model (an image that
can be printed out and folded into an inverse perspective model), as
well as photos of the assembled models. Click here to see
the project page describing how these models are created.
