Project 1 - CSE 455 - Jared Jones

I've cropped images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse into an image of my friend in front Cinderella's castle in Disneyland. I used Photoshop entirely to create the artifact, since my version of the first project is inadequate.

Here are the original images:

First, I used Photoshop to mask out Mickey and Minnie.

Then, I copied the characters into the castle photo.

After that, I shaped the characters around my friend. This required adding parts of the characters back (Minnie's ear, Mickey's coat, etc.).

The edges around the characters were pretty sharp, so I blurred them.

Finally, I adjusted the brightness for the difference in lighting and the color balance, since the castle photo had a bluish filter applied to it.
