For this project, I wanted to make a composite with a famous painting. I found two images online: "The Gleaners" by Millet and a picture of a painted wall in an art museum.
Using iScissor, I cut out three people in the Gleaners painting and saved its mask.
Then using GIMP, I combined the layer of the mask and its original image, and the picture of money as the background.
I adjusted the color contrast of the layer to make it more distinctive.
And here is my final image!
