Original Images
My original pictures came from Google images. They include a picture of a beach at sunset, a TV stand, and a guy flipping channels with a TV remote.
Mask made with iScissor.
Using the TV stand image, I made a single mask with two contours, one for the outside border, and one inside the TV bezel.
Final Image.

To arrive at my final image I did the following steps in Photoshop:

  • Step 1
    • I shrank the sunset image so that its size was approximately the same as that of the TV stand.
  • Step 2
    • Used the TV-stand mask to cut out just the image of the stand, and copied it on top of the sunset image.
  • Step 3
    • Placed the TV-remote image on a layer between the TV stand and the sunset, and shrank it to fit properly.
