I failed to complete the calculations of the precision and recall for the various methods. I also failed to complete the google image re-ordering portion of the project.

To execute the queries, first all histograms must be built, the following command will do this:
ColorHisto -cl

This depends on imgList.txt being in the directory with the ColorHisto.exe and having correct paths to the image files. I have written it to run with the images directory copied into the same directory as ColorHisto.exe

To build a complete results page like the ones linked here execute:
ColorHisto -al images\crater\crater_3.ppm

this creates the file crater_3.ppm.all.html in the same directory as crater_3.ppm

to execute any given query:
ColorHisto -cil [-rgb | -co] [-ssd | -hi] [-s | -ns] [imagefile.ppm]
example:
colorhisto -cil -co -hi -s images\stHelens\stHelens_3.ppm
