What worked well:

• it was a good set to test our code on, distinct yet familiar
• cylWrap worked well and so did blending

What didn't work well:

• LucasKanade would berak for a reason I cannot fatom
• Also when you are doing 360 panorama it amde sence to crop the image, but not when you had only 4 images => then I would have liked to see them all.
• There are also some contrast/light issues with this image, it has only been stitched and blended.

What worked well:

• Making the panorama for this image was effortless. I wrote a batch file with all the comands and ran it and voala, I had this great image. Disn't reuqire anything more.
• I really liked the Kaidan head, it made the images consistent distance compared to each other, made all of them level.
• I am also happy with the blending of the images => it feels seamless. I used a scale from 0 to 100 for the wights and it worked well. The actual scale is irreleven because at the end you normalize everything, but my first try with scale from 0 to 1 felt more sensitive, then useing a bigger span.

What didn't work well: nothing. everything worked well.

What worked well:

• clyWrap actualy worked well on those images. they wreen't fitting well at all, and this noticebly improved after the wrap.

What didn't work well:

• This image was taken by hand hanging over a railing and in a vericle direction. This means that the result is not the best fit.
• Further more beacuse of the weird spacing I had to open every file in Photoshop and trac its displacement from the previouse => a lot of manual work. On top of that LucasKanade doesn't seem to be handling the waky coordinates well.
• Beacuse of the verticle oritntation of the panorama, many of the images were not only displaced inconsistently, but slightly rotated as well.
• I put a lot of effort and recalculation, trying to correct the loactions, blend, etc, and managed to improve the result somewhat, but not bring it to anything close to the lake panorama.
• Due to reasons listed above the final blend is gostly and dispalced, I belive I could have stitehcd it better by hand in photoshop.
