To arrive at my final image I did the following steps in Photoshop:

  • Applied the mask and converted to grayscale
  • Touched up the edges, removed the ear, adjusted brightness/contrast, etc.
  • Used Photoshop's wand tool to cut "Casablanca" out of the poster, then pasted.
