    Three images were used: the painting American Gothic by Grant Wood, Azumanga Daioh wallpaper, and a scene from Azumanga with Chiyo's dad.
    Masks made with iScissor.
    Four masks were created from American Gothic for the foreground objects that were covered up: the pitchfork, the man's shoulder, the roof, and the left border.

    Two masks were created from the Azumanga wallpaper. One for Chiyo's head and one for Osaka's head.


    One mask was created for Chiyo's dad.
    Final Image.
    Step 1: Resized heads, touched up the edges, and applied to image.


    Step 2: Applied foreground objects to the image.


    Step 3: Applied grain filters to Chiyo and Osaka's heads to get the final image.
