What to turn in

Please turn in a single 8 1/2" by 11" page containing the following:

A picture of you! (Student ID is o.k., but something more interesting is nice too, particularly if it is recent and/or more closely resembles what you look like now).
Your name
Email address (cse and uw netids)
Year in school (1, 2, 3, 4, other, e.g., class standing - freshman, sophomore, etc.)
Major
Hometown
An interesting fact about you and/or what you did over spring break and/or something we might not guess about you (Olympic medals, Nobel prizes, published books, high-tech startups, stamp collections, etc.)
