Project Description

The project will be done in 3 phases. Instructions for each phase will be posted right after the previous phase has been completed. The goals of the project are:

To implement a complete (yet small) database application.
To gain appreciation for real world problems facing people when dealing with and sharing data.

You will be using C#, the .NET Framework and ASP.NET to implement front-ends to your data throughout the project. I have posted some resources that I have found useful in my own development with these tools.

Application Domains

For the first phase of the project, you will be working on your own. Each of you will be assigned to one of three "application domains" (each is a part of the final application). For phase 2 and 3, you will be assigned a group with one person from each application domain.

You will be assigned a domain based on your last name.

Inventory Domain: Arrowsmith - Ganapathy
Billing Domain: Gopalakrishnan - Mar
Shipping Domain: Musgrave - Zheng
