However, this form of networking is particularly stressful and ineffective for introverts, or people who get energy from being alone. These interactions can be very overwhelming to introverts and many feel the need to act in an extroverted manner at career fairs.
Career Coach is meant to provide a solution that allows for researching different companies at a career fair while also allowing introverts to get "mood boosts" when the environment becomes overwhelming.
