In our increasingly digital age, human interactions between community members are extremely rare. Because of the large blanket of anonymity that encompasses most neighborhoods, it is difficult to give help to and get help from your neighbors even though in a lot of circumstances it would be beneficial to leverage community members in order to get help with a problem. Our goal is to create a design that facilitates the process of giving and getting help within a community while fostering trust between its members.

Process
Initial Sketches
After interviewing a number of community members about their experiences getting and giving help we began fomulating possible designs through simple sketches.
Paper Prototype
We then fomulated tasks to focus on and refined our strongest design into a more complete paper prototype.
Digital Prototype
After doing heuristic evaluations of our prototype as well as iterating through three user tests, we developed our digital mockup.
