Scenario

Lin has been assigned an article from The New York Times for her Communications class. She decides to try out lookup while doing the reading. During this, Lin comes across the word vanguard, which she is not familiar with. She wants to use lookup to find the definition of the word.

Instructions

• Start lookup by clicking on the lookup app icon
• Close out of the lookup menu by using the up arrow or clicking outside of the app menu
• Start the New York Times app by clicking on its icon
• Zoom in to find the correct passage by clicking anywhere in the article
• Click the word vanguard to show its definition
• Either select more info to see additional word information, or click the x to close the dialog
