- Welcome to CSE 421! I've been here long enough to have worked with the design teams for both the Gates and Allen Centers. My research is in computational complexity and algorithms, with interests both in pure theory and in its applications to other areas of CS. CSE 421 contains some of my most favorite topics to teach. - Hey everyone! My name is Ajay, and this is my first time TAing CSE421! Previously, I've TAed CSE122 and 123 for 6 quarters. But Algorithms has been my favorite class that I've taken at UW, so I have always wanted to TA for it as well! Outside of school, I love watching soccer ⚽ and running! - Hi everyone, I'm George. I'm a third year CS and math major, and I'm TAing 421 for the first time this quarter. This course was one of my favorites, and I'm excited to work through it with you all! In school, I'm interested in theoretical CS, probability, and discrete math (among other things). Outside of school, I like hiking, chess, and any kind of card game. Academically, my interests span a variety of CS topics, and recently, particularly topics in logic and formal verification.
