CSE 403 project: Final release

Overview

Finalize your group project, take additional (peer-review) feedback into account, and present a live demo of the final release of your system together with a group reflection on your project experience.

Set up

Work with your project group to (1) finalize your group project and (2) present a demo of your project, including a group reflection.

Instructions

1. Finalize your project (50%)

Complete the implementation of your project in your GitHub repository. Ensure all the documentation and your living document are up-to-date. If you’ve deviated at all from your initial plan, please update your living document with these changes.

Based on the provided instructions in (or linked from) the top-level README.md file, anyone should be able to understand the purpose of the project and easily find instructions for building, testing, and running the system without issues.

You are also expected to address the feedback from the peer review comments.

You will be graded on whatever code is committed on 12/6, though you are welcome to continue committing up until the final presentation on 12/12.

2. Present a demo and group reflection (50%)

You have 8 minutes, strictly enforced. Presentations will take place on December 12th from 8:30am to 10:30am.

Due to time constraints, your presentation should only include your live demo and the reflection section (see bullets 2 & 6 of instructions for a demo presentation). You do not need to submit your final demo slides.

You will present your slides and do your live demo from your own laptop. However, you will not plug your laptop into a projector, because that takes too long. Instead you will connect to a Zoom link and show your demo by sharing your screen.
