Individually reflect on your overall project and learning experience.

Instructions

1. Write an individual retrospective

Write an individual retrospective of lessons learned from your project experience. The lessons can be in terms of specifications, design, planning, implementation, tooling, teamwork, etc. Below are some questions that you might answer, although there are many and the format of your reflection is up to you.

• What worked well and is a practice you'd continue?

• What would you do differently next time?

• What do you wish you had known ahead of time?

• What surprised you?

• What do you now believe that you did not believe at the beginning of the quarter?

• What ideas taught do you still not believe?

• Are you proud of the work you completed? If not, what could you (not others) have changed so that you were proud of your accomplishments?

You will be graded on the thoughtfulness, insights, and justifications of your answers. We expect justifications to be in terms of your individual project experience. The retrospective must be at most two pages long. Include your name and project at the top of the document.

2. Submit this individual retrospective as a PDF document to Canvas and complete the Project Member Survey

• Name your PDF ProjectName_LastName_IndividualReflection.pdf and submit to Canvas by due date.

• Complete the individual Project Member Survey by due date.

Clarifications

• Can you share more on the documation format? The font and font size is up to you but don't use anything smaller than Calibri 11pt. Single spaced is fine. You can write shorter but no longer than 2 pages. Write meaningfully - make your submission long enough to get your thoughts across. As per the instructions, we are looking for meaningful reflections and learnings.
