Peer Evaluations, post-Phase 1

At the end of every phase, I will ask to you submit some type of peer evaluation. You get individual credit towards your grade for taking it seriously and completing this task. The information is anonymous in the sense that I do not tell you who said what, but I will give you feedback based on the information I receive. This is so that we can keep tabs on what is going well and what maybe needs some attention or correction in how the team is working together to accomplish its goals. After graduation, you will be evaluated all the time by bosses, managers, and co-workers. The mindful person will always strive to improve their performance. Towards this end, self-knowledge is also important, so I ask you to evaluate yourself as well.

Note, for this first evaluation, I have you give feedback regarding everyone on the team. In future phases, I may allow you to opt out of evaluating everyone in the case that, for example, your team has split up into smaller sub-teams and you don't feel qualified to give feedback on someone you haven't worked closely with during a given phase.
