PM's for each team are italicized.
A few notes:
- If you have a concern that we overlooked something crucial in your
assignment, let us know by 11PM Sunday 4/1/2012 (no fooling, of
course).
- The order of the NetIDs is entirely immaterial (due to combinations of
the order in which preferences were submitted, how we each edited the
underlying spreadsheet, how stuff was moved into html, etc.).
- We selected projects based on the criteria we gave: student preferences
(four people submitted no preference and about 35 received their first or
second choice, with most of the second choices being the highest preference
after an eliminated project), balancing team sizes, considering
feasibility, considering variety, etc.
- There was talk after Friday's presentations about the (now) two KNOW
groups combining into one large group. I'm not sure this is a good idea --
13 people is an unwieldy number. But I'd like them to fit together, so we
can talk -- very soon, though -- if there is interest in this.
- Next steps: Name your team and SRS.
