know enough about XXX to make an estimate
nI claim that this is
the wrong question
nWe need to think
Budget, not Estimate
nI claim the question is
“how much are you willing to spend for an XXX?”
nThen we try to deliver
the best XXX we can for that amount of money
nSo we need a “ballpark
figure” that will allow us to build an “adequate” XXX…
