Wednesday, July 31, 2002 Lead Meeting Minutes

The following are the topics discussed today during the team leads meeting. Actions that will be done to accomplish the topics are in green!

Issues Discussed and Decisions Made:

1. Architecture/Data Flow Diagram
   • multi-threading for Model
     MIKAM Tribe will talk to Valentin, Thursday, 08/01, at 2pm
   • Architecture diagram
     Margaux will post it today, Wednesday, 07/31
   • Dataflow diagram
     Brendan will post it today, Wednesday, 07/31
2. Group Presentation
   • Teams, including the lead team, will have to present the architecture and design of the subsystem they are responsible for. Contact your respective team lead on the details of this presentation.
   • Send any documents that need to be copied for distribution to the class to David at 7:30am before class on Friday.
   • NOTE: the class on Friday, 08/02, is going to be held in EE1 025.
3. Web Maintenance
   • Team updates/Action Items
     Sabina and Ian will work together to communicate to the team leads and compile action items to develop a class plan.
   • Web Site Cleanup
     Ian will be responsible for this starting Wednesday, 07/31.
   • Use Cases
     Brendan will post it today, Wednesday, 07/31
   • Acceptance Tests
     SegFaults will continue to work on them and present it on Friday, 08/02.
4. User Manual
   • Team Tsunami will present a plan for the manual on Friday.
