Friday, July 26, 2002 Lead Meeting Minutes

Issues Discussed and Decisions Made:

1. Discussed Bugzilla.
   • It will be implemented and Brendan will look into it.
2. Daily Updates format changed.
   • Daily updates will be sent to Ian by 4pm the day before each class, so it will be put on the web site by 7 or 8pm for everyone to see.
   • Weekly plan every Sunday, 4pm.
3. Team Doug is concerned about Corporate Accounts/Zones.
   • MIKAM Tribe will communicate with Team Doug to resolve this.
4. David decided to postpone today's midterm retrospective. David also postponed next Wednesday's (July 31) guest speaker; as a replacement, we'll have a class meeting. Click here for the project calendar.
5. Brendan will revise timer scheme.
6. Margaux will communicate to the new architecture (developed today) to Mary (by tonight).
