Team leads will email Ian the day before each class at 8pm with the
progress of their team. Ian will combine the emails into a document that
will be available on the web and in class.
The update should address the who, what, when, and how of the progress
made.
On class days in which the whole class will be talking and presenting, Ken
will write down the agenda for that class day on the board before class.
This is so that we can make use of our time in class better and more
efficiently.
Ken will compile a list of class and lead meeting rules. This will be a
guideline for all students so that the communication process is fair and
efficient.
Orit has volunteered her team, Monsters, Inc., to organize the project web
site and make it more accessible and pretty.
