Lab 0 - Getting Set Up

Assigned: 3/27/2007
Due:4/3/2007 at 5pm

In preparation for the labs, we'd like to set up groups so that you will have project space to work with. This will be important later in the quarter as the labs can take up a lot of space, especially after implementation, and will likely cause you to hit your quota for disk usage. In order to help us keep this process as efficient as possible, we need to know who will be working with who. We'd also like to take the chance to get an idea of how familiar people are with the tools that we'll be using.

Each group (or individual if you're working alone) must send ONE email to cse378-tas@cs.washington.edu containing the following information:
  • Group members' names (or name if you're working alone)
  • Group members' CSENetIDs (NOT UWNetIDs)
  • How familiar are you and your partner with Verilog?
  • How familiar are you and your partner with C programming?
  • If you could design the next CSE 378 Survivor t-shirt, what would you put on it?
  • If you were a logic gate, which would you be, and why?
Please submit the information above via email before the due date. Failure to do so (at least for the first four questions), will result in you not getting credit for this rather easy assignment.
