Getting Help

If you have a general question that other students could potentially benefit from, considering posting on Ed, where you can also set your questions to private or anonymous as you see appropriate.

For logistical questions (such as extenuating circumstances and DRS accomodations), we ask that you post privately on Ed so the whole staff can respond. For sensitive situations, you can also email Diana directly if you would feel more comfortable.

We are often available at other times by appointment, and we encourage you to schedule 1:1 appointments with Diana whenever you want to talk about concepts, grades, internships, or anything else.

Hi there! I am Diana! I grew up in Guangzhou, China and had my high school in Toronto, Canada. Since then, I have been staying in Seattle. I just graduated as a BS/MS student from UW CSE this June. I have been TA-ing for this course for 4 quarters now, but this would be my first time working as an instructor of the course – so I am super excited! In my free time, I love reading fanfictions, drinking boba, and watching cute cat videos. If you have any recommendation for boba places, please let me know :D

I’ve had great experiences being a TA during the previous quarters so I’m really looking forward to it again this summer! Besides schoolwork, I like to play video games and cook in my free time. My favorite food is sushi and a game that I’ve recently gotten into is Risk of Rain 2!
