WHERE DID YOU GROW UP?  WHAT WAS YOUR ACADEMIC PATH?

I was born in Dallas, Texas; when I was three years old, I moved to Austin, Texas. 
When I was seven years old, I moved to Redmond, Washington, where I have lived ever since. 
I went to Redmond High School and now I study computer science at the University of Washington.


HOW MUCH PROGRAMMING HAVE YOU DONE (& WHAT LANGUAGES)?

I started programming when I took AP Computer Science in high school. 
I only used Java until taking CSE 351, where I learned a little bit of C. 
I am now quite comfortable with Java, and a sort of all right with C.


WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR HOBBIES, TALENTS, AND SKILLS?

I enjoy playing tennis and chess. I can also play the piano fairly well.


HAVE YOU DONE ANYTHING REMARKABLE?  HAS ANYTHING MEMORABLE HAPPENED TO YOU?

I have hiked to the top of Mount Saint Helens.
Once, when I was young, I fell down and hit my head on a stone so hard that it was covered in blood.


WHAT COMMITMENTS WILL BE CONSUMING YOUR CYCLES THIS QUARTER?

I will be TAing CSE 351. Also, I am taking other classes.
