delete-child

Removes a child from the panel's list of children and updates the display.

• (send a-mred:single-panel delete-child child) -> void
      child : an instance of a child.

  Removes child from the panel's children list. If child is active, the active child is set to the object following child in the list. If child was the last object in the list, the active child is set to null.
