on-new-box

Creates and returns a new snip for an embedded buffer. This method is called by insert-box.

• (send a-mred:pasteboard on-new-box type) -> a wx:media-snip% object
      type : integer

  This dispatches out to get-pasteboard-snip and get-edit-snip to insert new snips.
