make-menu-bar

Makes a menu bar with no menus.

• (send a-mred:menu-frame make-menu-bar) -> a mred:menu-bar% object

  Makes a menu bar with (make-object (get-menu-bar%))

  The menu bar is not installed into the frame; this will be done by the method's caller.
