Shows or hides a window.

• (send a-mred:frame show show) -> void
      show : boolean

  This maintains the shown? instance variable.

  If show is a true value and a call to self-redraw-request has queued a redraw while the frame was hidden and updates have not been delayed with delay-updates, then force-redraw is called.
