file-menu:between-open-and-save

This will be called during creation of the File menu, after the Open..., New..., and Revert are added to the menu, and before any other items are added. If you override this method, you must define it before calling super-init

  If there is a frameset, this adds a ``Switch to...'' menu item to the file menu.
