Pops up a dialog box with title set to caption, message message, and a default value default-value. The user types in text and presses ``OK'' to return this text or ``Cancel'' to return #f.
If center? is not #f, the message text (which may include new line characters) is centered, otherwise the message is left-justified.
The dialog box's width is determined by the width of the message.
This function uses a mred:edit%, not a wx:text%, and it function returns #f, not null when canceled, unlike wx:get-text-from-user.
