client-to-screen

Converts local window coordinates to screen coordinates.

• (send a-wx:window client-to-screen x y) -> void
      x : boxed small integer
      y : boxed small integer

  The local value in the box x is translated to a global x-value and put back into x. Similarly, the local value in y is changed to a global y-value.
