enable

Enables or disables a single menu item. See also enable in wx:menu-bar% and enable-top in wx:menu-bar%.

• (send a-wx:menu enable id on?) -> void
      id : small integer
      on? : boolean

  If on? is #f, the menu item identified by id is disabled, otherwise the menu item is enabled.
