resize

Resizes the snip. The snip can refuse to be resized by returning #f. Otherwise, the snip will resize (it must call its administrator's resized method) and return #t.

• (send a-wx:media-snip resize w h) -> boolean
      w : inexact real
      h : inexact real

  Also sets the minimum and maximum width of the buffer owned by the snip to the given width (minus the snip border space).
