set-after

Changes the depth of a snip.

• (send a-wx:media-pasteboard set-after snip after) -> void
      snip : wx:snip% object
      after : wx:snip% object or null

  Changes the depth of snip moving it to just behind after. If after is null, snip is moved to the back.
