Moves a specified snip a given number of pixels in the horizontal and vertical directions.

• (send a-wx:media-pasteboard move snip x y) -> void
      snip : wx:snip% object
      x : inexact real
      y : inexact real

  Moves snip right x pixels and down y pixels.
