kill

In an editor buffer, cuts to the end of the current line, or cuts a newline if there is nothing between the selection and end of line. Multiple consective kills are appended. In a pasteboard buffer, cuts the current selection.

  If start and end are -1, then a line-based kill is performed. If either start or end is -1, then they must both be -1.
