Like set-grab-key-function, but for mouse events.

• (send a-wx:keymap set-grab-mouse-function f data) -> void
      f : a procedure of four arguments -- a string or null, a
      data : boxed void

  wx:keymap% object, a wx:object% object, and a wx:mouse-event% object -- that returns a boolean
