Called when the window is resized. The new size is paseed to the method. (The size values are for the entire window, not just the client area.)

• (send a-wx:frame on-size w h) -> void
      w : small integer
      h : small integer

  Does nothing.

  If the frame contains one subwindow, it is resized to fit the frame.
