Shows or hides a window.

• (send a-wx:dialog-box show show) -> boolean
      show : boolean

  If show is #f, the window is hidden. Otherwise, the window is shown.

  Brings the dialog in front of other top-level windows. If the dialog is modal, other top-level frames become active again.
