Copies an icon into the drawing area.

• (send a-wx:dc draw-icon icon x y) -> void
      icon : wx:icon% object
      x : inexact real
      y : inexact real

  The x and y arguments specify the destination of the top-left of the icon.

  Restrictions on the magnitude of drawing coordinates are described with wx:dc%.
