set-scroll-page

Set the current page step size of a non-managing scrollbar.

• (send a-wx:canvas set-scroll-page which value) -> void
      which : small integer
      value : small integer

  The which argument is either wx:const-horizontal or wx:const-vertical, indicating that the page step size of the horizontal or vertical scrollbar should be set, repsectively.
