get-scroll-pos

Get the current value of a scrollbar. The result is always 0 if the scrollbar is not active or it is managing.

• (send a-wx:canvas get-scroll-pos which) -> small integer
      which : small integer

  The which argument is either wx:const-horizontal or wx:const-vertical, indicating that the value of the horizontal or vertical scrollbar should be returned, repsectively.
