Java help
The Sun website has lots
of information, particularly useful are a collection of
papers including a good overview by Gosling and
McGilton. There is also a
tutorial on
the language and internet programming. The
JDK page
is also very
useful.
If you want to use Java on the Unix machines locally, here is a
tutorial.
For class, Java is supported in the NT lab. You can either use the
J++ environment, or you can compile and run
Java from the command line.
