1.1 Ruth Anderson (she/her)

Hi I’m Ruth! I was born and grew up in North Carolina. I have a BS in Mathematical Sciences with a concentration in CS from the University of North Carolina. I came to UW for my PhD. I worked in Programming Languages, Compilers, and Parallel Computing before doing my PhD in Educational Technology & Pen Computing. I taught at the University of Virginia for 5 years before coming back to UW and have been here ever since. I’ve worked a bit in applying Computing to problems in the Developing World but mostly these days my research is in Computer Science Education. I enjoy Running, Hiking, Backbacking, and generally getting outside. This quarter I am also co-leading General TA Training. Ask me about the CS Education seminar CSE590E.

2.1 Aadi Anand (he/him)

Hello! This is my second quarter TAing 332, and my last quarter as a master’s student in computer science. In my free time, I play a lot of chess and poker. Feel free to reach out anytime!

2.2 Jacklyn Cui (she/her)

I’m Jacklyn! It was great to serve as a eighth-time TA for one of my favorite (and personally considered the most important) courses at the Allen School! Apart from doing Accessibility and HCI-related research, I also enjoy traveling and outdoor activities! Feel free to ping me if you have good recs on where to travel!

2.3 Albert Du (he/him)

Hi friends! I’m Albert, a third year CS student and fourth time 332 TA (I think I’m getting old). In my free time, I like looking at old maps. Feel free to reach out or drop by my office hours to chat!

2.4 Iris Guo (she/her)

Hi, I’m Iris! This is my third year at UW and first time TAing CSE332. Outside of class I like to play video games, read scifi/fantasy books, bleach paint clothes, and listen to hyperpop music. Feel free to reach out :)

2.5 Lucy He (she/her)

Hi all! I’m Lucy, a third year studying CS. This will be my first time TAing 332, so please feel free to stop by office hours to chat about the class or anything else! In my free time I love to play pickleball, hike, and read. Excited for an amazing quarter 🚀

2.6 Aaron Honjaya (he/him)

Hi! I’m Aaron. I’m a BS/MS student in computer science and this will be my 5th quarter TAing 332. Outside of TAing I do research in biomedical computer vision AI. In my free time I like to watch TV shows and anime, read, play video games, and bake. Feel free to drop by my office hours to chat about anything. Look forward to this quarter with you all!

2.7 Andrew Leffingwell (he/him)

Hello! This is my third year at UW and I am very excited to TA CSE 332. Outside of coursework, I enjoy running, backpacking, and exploring Seattle. I also really enjoy playing board games and watching sports. Feel free to reach out!

Hi, I’m Cindy! I’m a fourth-year CS major and I’m super excited to return to 332 as a TA. Hope we have a great time this quarter!

2.9 Gracia Wang (she/her)

Hi friends! I’m Gracia, majoring in CS and AMATH:DS. This is my second time being a TA but first time for CSE 332. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies/anime/TV series, and trying out new boba shops (please come share if you have recommendations!). Looking forward to meeting you all!
