About: I grew up in North Carolina and did my PhD here in the Allen School. I worked in Programming Languages, Compilers, and Parallel Computing before doing my PhD in Educational Technology & Pen Computing. I also taught CS at the University of Virginia for 5 years. I've worked a bit in applying Computing to problems in the Developing World but mostly these days my research is in Computer Science Education. This quarter I am teaching CSE 332 and CSE 160. Ask me about the CS Education seminar CSE590E. I love to get outdoors whenever I can: running, hiking, backpacking.

About: Hi! I'm a second-year student from Sammamish, WA. I took 332 this past spring, so I'm super familiar with the online format of the course, and I'm so excited to be a TA! I love to dance, and I'm on UW Raas, an Indian dance team. I also love reading (I just reread the Harry Potter series), listening to music (especially Taylor Swift, Post Malone, and any Bollywood), watching Marvel movies, and exploring the outdoors. Can't wait to meet everyone!

About: Hi! I'm a 5th year masters student here at UW, I've TA'd this course countless times and am excited to do it again. I was born in the Bay Area, raised in Portland, and been in Seattle the past four years, so I'm as west coast as it gets. Feel free to reach out to talk about anything; my undergrad experience, TAing, interviewing, or anything else! I'd love to get to know everyone.

About: Hello! I’m currently a sophomore and will be living in Redmond, WA for this quarter. CSE 332 has been my favorite class at UW, so I’m super excited to get the chance to work with all of you! Aside from school, I’m on an Indian classical dance team, UW Natya and also learn from a performing artist back in India! I love listening to all kinds of music so definitely hit me up with any song recs (chances are I probably don’t know them). I love talking to new people, so don’t be afraid to reach out about anything even if its at 3 am, I’m usually awake 🙂

About: I grew up in Indonesia but came here 2 years ago after getting accepted into UW. I initially intended to do EE but found CS to be much more interesting so here I am. I enjoy playing video games and am currently playing Apex, R6S (only for the new season), and Genshin Impact (hmu for my Discord tag - I need more friends :) ). I've also been spending my quarantine days reading a bunch of manga and watching anime.

I was a TA for the course this past summer and I’m so excited to TA again! Some of my hobbies include playing piano and arts and crafts. I’m always down to talk about anything Disney or musical related so feel free to ask me about that or anything else!
