Anna: Friday, 1:30 - 2:30pm and by appointment, in Sieg 426C.

Jason: Monday, 12:30 - 1:20, Thursday, 1:30 - 2:30, and by appointment, in Sieg 226A.

Prerequisites:   CSE 143, CSE 321.

Grading:   Homework (40%), Midterm (20%), Final (40%). Percentages are approximate. The final exam is scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, 1999, 2:30-4:20 p.m. in our normal lecture room.

Computing facilities:   Sieg 329 Unix lab. Programming assignments will be done in C++.

Textbook:   Mark Allen Weiss, Data Structures & Algorithm Analysis in C++, Addison Wesley, Second Edition.

Reading assignment:   Chapters 1- 3. Material primarily from Chapter 2 will be covered in the first two lectures
