Guidelines for submission of 'dry' assignments

All written (dry) homeworks should be submitted on paper in class on the day they are due.
Note: Late submissions will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the instructor and/or TAs.
Double-sided printing is highly encouraged.
Concise yet clearly explained answers are appreciated.
Be sure to state your assumptions if you make any.
