You may use either the 6th, or 7th edition of the text. The 7th edition is available at the bookstore, and there are multiple sources for used or new copies of the 6th edition. See the lecture schedule for the reading assignments. Holidays Class will not be held on the following university holidays: Day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 25, 2011 Midterm Exam The midterm is Friday, November 2. Collection of sample questions from past midterms. Final Exam The final exam has been rescheduled so that both lectures can take a common exam. The exam is Monday, Dec 10, 2:30-4:20 p.m and 4:30-6:20 p.m in Kane 220. Students may take the exam at either time. List of Topics for the Final Exam Sample problems from past exams.
