Pick one of the following three questions to answer.

    Consider this debate about who gets priority on the web. Write a post in which you (a) briefly describe the issue, (b) pick one of the opinions you agree with, explain the opinion and why you agree with it, (c) pick one of the opinions you disagree with, explain the opinion and why you disagree with it, and (d) explain the current legal status of net neutrality law. You will need to do a bit of research to answer part (d). Your post should be written so as to be understood and clear to lay people (who have read nothing prior on the topic).
