Pick one of the following three questions to answer.

1. If you do this question, post your answer on the course blog. (Use the "Homework 3 - net neutrality" category.)

   Consider this debate about who gets priority on the web. Write a post in which you (a) briefly describe the issue, (b) pick one of the opinions you agree with, explain the opinion and why you agree with it, (c) pick one of the opinions you disagree with, explain the opinion and why you disagree with it, and (d) explain the current legal status of net neutrality law. You will need to do a bit of research to answer part (d). Your post should be written so as to be understood and clear to lay people (who have read nothing prior on the topic).

   Read Blown to Bits, Chapter 6. Write a short high-quality summary of the content of the chapter (at most one page long). Also, post to the blog the answer to the following question: If you had the opportunity to ask a legal scholar one question about copyright in the digital age, what would it be?

Also, post to the blog the answer to the following question: If you had the opportunity to ask a legal scholar one question related to free speech on the Internet, what would it be?
